Dermapen 4 microneedling
The Dermapen 4 (DP4) is an FDA-cleared microneedling device (510(k) K221070, 2022; cleared for facial acne scars in adults). Controlled micro-channels trigger collagen remodeling and let topicals reach the dermis. We use it alone or as the delivery step for the options below.
PRF + Glo kit
Platelet-rich fibrin from your own blood, spun without additives, applied with microneedling and finished with the Glo kit topicals. Skin texture, tone, fine lines and hair support. Typically 3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart.
Exosomes or cellular therapy + Glo kit
Microneedling with exosome or cell-derived products in place of PRF when a stronger signal is wanted, finished with the Glo kit. Investigational; offered with written informed consent.
Hair restoration
Scalp microneedling with PRF, exosomes or GHK-Cu, usually 3 to 4 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart, with labs (iron, thyroid, hormones) checked first because hair loss is often a lab finding.
Systemic regenerative support
For the right candidates: exosome, mesenchymal cell-derived and young fresh frozen plasma therapies (the last under an IRB-registered study protocol) as part of a broader recovery or healthy-aging plan. Evaluated case by case.
