Monika is a board-certified family nurse practitioner whose clinical roots are in emergency and urgent care: 12 years of acute, walk-in medicine where the diagnosis has to be right the first time and the plan has to work today. That training still shapes the practice: a thorough history, a careful read of the labs, and a decision.

She then trained in functional and anti-aging medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), where she is also certified in peptide therapy (A4M Peptide Therapy I and Advanced II). In mold and biotoxin illness she is a Mold-Literate Certified Practitioner through Dr. Jill Crista's clinician program and has trained directly with Dr. Neil Nathan and Dr. Crista, the two clinicians whose work defines the field. She went on to write the Mold Treatment Playbook that other practitioners now use.

She keeps the practice concierge-sized on purpose. Most of her week goes to writing and maintaining the clinical references other clinicians use, and to the patients who want that same rigor applied to their own health: labs read to optimal targets rather than the edge of the range, a written plan, and a recheck to prove it worked.

Clinical focus: health optimization, healthy aging, longevity, IV nutrient therapy, peptide therapy and bioregulators, hormone and metabolic optimization, medical weight management, regenerative and skin therapies, and the mold, immune and post-viral conditions that shaped her approach.
