Investigational therapies

Compounded peptides, regenerative biologics (exosomes, cell-derived products, young fresh frozen plasma), procaine infusions and most IV nutrient formulas are not FDA-approved for the uses described on this site. They are offered under informed consent, and results vary from person to person. We tell you which therapies are approved, which are off-label and which are investigational. The Dermapen 4 (DP4) is FDA-cleared (K221070) for the treatment of facial acne scars in adults; other uses are off-label.

Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Privacy

This site does not use advertising trackers. Appointment requests are sent through a form on this site (processed by Netlify); payments are handled by Stripe; the patient portal is provided by Tebra. Each operates under its own privacy policy. Patient health information is stored in our clinical record system and is never sold or shared for marketing. Email is not a secure channel; do not send medical records or sensitive information by email.

Payment

ATX Infusion & Wellness PLLC is a cash-pay practice and does not participate with any insurance plan for visits or therapies. A superbill can be provided for visits so you may seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer; reimbursement is not guaranteed. Laboratory tests ordered through Quest may be billed to your insurance by the laboratory. Fees are listed on the Care and labs page.
