Personalized wellness, measured
By telehealth anywhere in Texas. The goal is simple: support the body back to wellness and keep it there. The method is personal: the right labs for you, read against optimal targets rather than the edge of "normal," and a written plan that uses many tools (nutrition, targeted supplements, hormones, peptides, infusions, regenerative options) and is measured until it works.
What a wellness plan covers
Most people are told their labs are fine. Read against optimal targets and as patterns, the same labs usually show where the energy, sleep, body composition or focus is being lost. A plan here addresses: thyroid as a conversion pattern (TSH, free T4, free T3, reverse T3), insulin and glucose together, the full hormone axis for women and men (never a single testosterone number), iron as a four-part pattern, vitamin D with its cofactors, inflammation and methylation markers.
When the basics do not explain the picture, we go deeper: genetics, cytokine and immune markers, mycotoxin and environmental toxin testing, gut and organic-acid testing, nutrient and mitochondrial panels, and liquid biopsy where it is indicated. See the full lab menu.
Already have a urine mycotoxin result? The Mold Toxin Matcher shows which mold-support formulas fit it.
From there: bioidentical hormone therapy when indicated, targeted supplements through our dispensary, peptides where they fit, infusions when the gut cannot do the job, and a recheck schedule so the plan is adjusted from data, not guesswork.
Who this is for
People who want to act on data and are ready to do the work between visits. It is not a quick prescription service, and it is not a substitute for primary care, which you should keep.
Labs: basic to specialty, ordered the right way
Lab work in this practice runs from foundation panels (blood counts, metabolic, advanced lipids, full thyroid, iron pattern, insulin, vitamin D, inflammation) through hormones, and on to specialty testing when the basics do not explain the picture: genetics, cytokine and immune markers, mycotoxins and metals, gut, nutrient and mitochondrial panels, tick-borne testing and liquid biopsy. Every result is read against functional-optimal targets, not just the reference range.
For patients of the practice, standard labs are ordered through Quest and billed to insurance where possible; specialty labs are cash-pay and quoted before ordering. Which tests are right for you is decided at a visit, not by email or phone.
Not sure why a given marker matters? The Learn section explains them one at a time.
Want labs without a visit? Curated cash lab packages are available to purchase directly through our Fullscript dispensary, drawn at a local lab, at transparent prices with no insurance involved.
Beyond what a standard panel shows
- Cytokine panels: which immune pathways are switched on (long COVID, chronic fatigue, mold illness)
- Comprehensive GI panel: microbiome, digestion, inflammation, pathogens; plus organic acids and SIBO breath testing
- Urine mycotoxins and provoked heavy metals
- Genetics: methylation, detoxification, vitamin D receptor, APOE, read as a plan
- ProdromeScan: plasmalogens and membrane lipids for brain and nerve health
- Intracellular NAD+ and aging-biomarker panels
- Tick-borne immunoblots that find what screening tests miss
- Liquid biopsy: circulating tumor cell surveillance, alongside standard screening
Straight talk
Specialty testing is rarely covered by insurance and can run from a few hundred dollars to over a thousand per panel. Lab questions are answered at appointments only; the packages above are the self-serve option.
RGCC testing and Q-REstrain
Both are offered only after a consultation and testing. They are not part of the IV menu. Call for pricing.
Telehealth visit fees
Payment is due at the time of service. A superbill (itemized receipt with diagnosis and procedure codes) is available for visits on request, for you to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Infusion pricing is on the IV menu page. Peptides, supplements, IV formulas and regenerative products are quoted in advance and billed separately.
Peptide therapy: what peptides are, and why they need a guide
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks as proteins, only much shorter. Your body makes thousands of them and uses them as messages: one tells a tissue to repair, another tells the immune system to settle, another tells the gut lining to seal, another tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Therapeutic peptides use that same language. They do not force a result the way a drug often does; they signal a process your body already knows how to run, which is why they can support repair, recovery, immune balance, metabolism, sleep and healthy aging with a gentler footprint.
That signaling is also why they should be guided. Which peptide, at what dose, for how long, in what order, and what to check before and during, all depend on your labs, your history and your goal. Ordered online and dosed from a forum, peptides waste money at best and cause harm at worst. Monika holds A4M certification in peptide therapy and writes the peptide reference other clinicians use; every protocol here is prescribed from a licensed compounding pharmacy, sequenced to your case and monitored.
Common goals: injury and post-surgical repair, gut and immune restoration, mitochondrial energy, growth-hormone axis support, body composition, skin and hair, sleep and cognition.
What to expect
- Initial telehealth visit with labs
- Written protocol: agent, dose, timing, cycle length, what to watch
- Pharmacy ships to you; most are small subcutaneous injections you give yourself
- Follow-up at 4 to 8 weeks, then as the protocol requires
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved for these uses and are provided under informed consent. No prescriptions without evaluation.
Medical weight management: weight loss that keeps your muscle and fixes the metabolism
GLP-1/GIP therapy (tirzepatide-class medication) prescribed by telehealth and titrated to your response: held at the lowest dose that is working, advanced only when progress stalls, never on an automatic schedule. Alongside it, the work that makes the result last: fasting insulin and HOMA-IR, thyroid conversion, hormones, protein and resistance-training targets, and labs rechecked along the way.
Plainly
Medication is a tool, not the plan. No dose without labs, no auto-escalation, and a clear exit strategy from the start.
Initial weight-loss visit: $75. Medication, labs and follow-ups are separate; see fees.
Regenerative and skin
Microneedling with the Dermapen 4 combined with PRF, exosomes or cellular therapy and the Glo kit, for skin and hair. Systemic regenerative support for the right candidates.
