Why We Don’t Mix NAD+ with Other IV Nutrients

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)
with other nutrients in a single infusion bag — and here’s why:
Unlike most IV nutrients, NAD+ needs to be infused very slowly — often over 1.5 to 4 hours — to avoid side effects like:
- Nausea
- Chest tightness
- Flushing or cramping
- Anxiety or heat sensations
Mixing NAD+ with other vitamins (like B-complex or vitamin C) can force a faster infusion rate, which increases the risk of discomfort or adverse reactions.
NAD+ is chemically unstable when mixed with certain nutrients. Combining it with ingredients like:

Can lead to oxidation and breakdown of NAD+, reducing its effectiveness.
